By using the BVride website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.  

2. Service Description  

BVride provides a platform that connects passengers with drivers to facilitate transportation services. We are not a transportation provider ourselves, but rather a technology platform that matches passengers with independent contractors who provide transportation services.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
• Respect for Drivers: You agree to treat drivers with respect and courtesy.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Compliance with Laws: Drivers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing and insurance requirements.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Drivers agree to maintain their vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Passenger Safety: Drivers agree to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.
• Respect for Passengers: Drivers agree to treat passengers with respect and courtesy.

5. Payment

Payment for rides will be processed through a secure payment gateway. You authorize BVride to charge your designated payment method for the fare and any applicable fees.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to the specific details provided within the app or on the website. In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued at BVride’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

BVride is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, or delays.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BVride and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Modification of Terms

BVride reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.  

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.  

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the Arbitration Act (Ontario).
